Bible Heroes: Moses is Humble

Light & Life Families! Listen to Ms. Teriann teach us that Big Heroes are humble enough to listen to wise advice! Moses is one of the greatest names in all of the Bible and in all of history. Moses’ story has many big moments: the burning bush, the plagues in Egypt, the parting of the Red Sea, the giving of the Ten Commandments. But even a big, important hero like Moses had moments where he recognized that he couldn’t do it all. When his father-in-law, Jethro, visited Moses, Jethro advised him to share the responsibilities of leading the Israelite people with other judges. Moses was humble enough to take Jethro’s advice.
