Light & Life family, isn’t it powerful to gather with others for meaningful conversation around God’s Word and what it means to follow Jesus?

That’s one of our church’s core priorities: creating spaces where people are actively being shaped by Scripture and formed into the likeness of Christ.

One way we do that is through our Summer Book Clubs. We are intentional in choosing books that are biblically grounded, spiritually formative, and deeply practical for everyday life.

This summer, we are expectant for what God will do as we read and discuss The Radical Disciple by John Stott. This short but powerful book offers a compelling invitation to follow Jesus with depth, courage, and clarity in today’s world.

Join us online for a time of prayer and intercession as we reflect on and rejoice in Jesus’ Ascension. This pivotal moment in the life of the disciples marked the exaltation of Christ and the beginning of their Spirit-empowered mission—and it remains deeply significant for us today.

Together, we will give thanks for our risen and reigning Lord, seek fresh faith and hope, and pray for the Church, our communities, and the world. All are welcome to gather with us in expectant prayer.

What is Building for the Future all about?As Light & Life continues to grow we are boldly trusting in God to help us build and expand the space He has given us. Building for the Future is a two-year initiative inviting you to prayerfully and generously invest in our church’s future as we continue to reach, teach, mend, and send.

Expand Our Reach | Our church is reaching and teaching more people than ever with over 1,300 weekly people on campus. Our nursery, children and youth ministries are at capacity and need a dedicated space to grow in their faith.

Grow Our Sending | Our church is mending broken lives through spiritual and physical services, like feeding more than 1,000 people weekly and revitalizing and planting churches and leaders. God has used and grown Light & Life for the last 70 years to flow healing into our community and beyond.
