Carlos and Vashti are planting Dunamis Church here in Long Beach, launching in September 2027.

Carlos grew up in Los Angeles and was the first in his family to follow Jesus. He's given ten years to full-time ministry. Vashti is a Norwalk girl and a pastor's kid, and she's also the family's resident crunchy mom: raw milk, organic everything, the works. Long Beach has been on their hearts for a long time, and they're excited to finally step into it together.
They have two kids, Wonder and Legacy. You'll usually find the family with a good coffee in hand, splitting a sourdough pizza, having a picnic at sunset, or thrifting. Now that they're moving close to the ocean, long walks on the beach are officially on the list.

Their prayer is that Dunamis Church would move Heaven through Long Beach.
